Q: Can You Accommodate A Group?
A: We are currently a single room practice, and can only see one client at a time. We are able to schedule consecutive appointments with a small break in between.
Q: What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
A: 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling a massage appointment.
If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This policy is strongly enforced, with the exception of major medical events.
Q: Can I Book An Appointment Without a Credit Card?
A: A credit card is required to hold your appointment, regardless of how you wish to pay (including gift certificates). Payment will not be processed until services are rendered, unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours or don't show up for your appointment.
Q: What is an Integrative Massage?
A: Our therapists practice the work they are most passionate and skilled at. Our Integrative Massage service allows time for your massage therapist to customize your session to your wants and needs. All appointments include an extra 5-10 minutes to chat about current health conditions, previous bodywork received, and get a sense of what you are looking for from your service.
