Lauren Elaine Davidson

Lauren Elaine Davidson combines many modalities of massage in each session, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Thai with assisted stretches based on yoga therapy. The deeply relaxing combination allows muscles to slowly release and joints to glide into ideal positions. Lauren practiced massage and taught yoga throughout her pregnancy (2013) and treasures working with clients to support the ongoing journey of motherhood. A perinatal bodywork specialist, she understands the importance of receiving support and care after labor as well as before.

Lauren received her massage training in 2009 from the National Holistic Institute (Graduate with Honors), and completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. She has advanced training though Yoga Tree's Advanced 500 Hour Teacher Training Certification Program focusing on women and yoga.

Lauren is a 21 year resident of San Francisco, and a proud solo mama to her son, Atticus.  When not giving massages or chasing her kid, Lauren does fundraising for Bay Area arts and LGBTQ organizations.

Chantel’s massage sessions have an integrative approach which utilize gentle techniques, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), myofacial trigger point work, deep tissue, and sports massage. Clients can choose to do a session that focuses on one modality or incorporates massage, reflexology, and reiki. Massage focuses on the exterior structures of the body, reflexology addresses organs, glands, and systems, and reiki works with the electro-magnetic field on and around the body. By incorporating all methods, we create a session that works from the more visceral organs on out.

She received her education from San Francisco School of Massage, Calistoga Massage Therapy School, and the Open Center in New York City. She is a reiki master who trained with Reiki Arts Continuum, Brooklyn Classical Reiki Center, & The International Center for Reiki. Chantel has acquired continuing education of 70 classroom hours in the science-based Manzanares Method™ of Reflexology (MMR) developed by Dr. Jesus Manzanares, M.D and training in the MMR Press and Slide Technique™, research principles, protocols and MMR Foot Reflexology Mapping, including 16 hours of training in specialty protocols for chronic pain syndromes developed and taught by Dr. Manzanares. She has also studied with Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson, the creator of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in Reflexology, Peter Lund Frandsen & Dorthe Krogsgaard of Touchpoint in Refleoxlogy & the Immune System, and Wendy Coad for Hand Reflexology Techniques. She continues to deepen her massage, reflexology and reiki practice with further study in related modalities.

Chantel has been giving sessions and teaching workshops in self-care since 2007. Her ongoing goal is to teach people how to care for themselves using reflexology. She has been featured in various articles, videos and blogs on self-healing and DIY techniques in reflexology including Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP, Jill Urban's Wellness Report on NY1, Organic Spa Magazine, Well & Good and Howcast's 50+ DIY videoson reflexology.

Chantel believes body and energy work are opportunities for one to foster vitality, growth and an ultimate state of well-being. Appointments with Chantel are currently available on Thursdays.

Angela became a certified Massage Therapist in April, 2004. Her core training was done at the Cypress Health Institute in Santa Cruz, CA and the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA. In addition to massage certification, she holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University and is a certified Yoga teacher. Angela has advanced perinatal massage certification from Carole Osborne, the leading prenatal and postpartum bodywork trainer in the country.
 
Angela is looking to broaden her offerings expanding into the field of nutrition specifically focusing on a whole food plant-based diet. She has personally experienced the benefits of incorporating more whole plant foods into her diet and hopes to one day share this knowledge with others through community cooking classes and individual consultations.

Her style of massage focuses on Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to help manage stress and pain while increasing quality of life. As an advocate for health, Angela enjoys sharing her passion with her clients and being a part of their wellness routines. In her massage sessions, she focuses on relaxation, reducing tension from work and exercise stress plus pain management. In her yoga classes, she blends postures to develop strength, flexibility and relaxation. As a professional in her field, she strives to bring the highest standard of holistic care to each and every client, providing them with a wellness experience tailored to meet their individual needs.

Sergio Saez

With 1,000+ hours of studies at National Holistic Institute (including its Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program), including Anatomy, Kinesiology, Pathology and a wide variety of specialized bodywork methods, Sergio is an accomplished Neuromuscular Massage Therapist who has merged his artistic soul and exceptional massage skills to develop a very personal style.  He uses music as a base to manipulate soft tissue and apply techniques like myofascial release and trigger point work, among others.  This approach allows him to use different levels of pressure together with rhythm and vibration, resulting in a unique experience that is simultaneously dynamic, therapeutic, relaxing and fun!

Sergio has been Nationally Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and he is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).  He has an ever increasing number of returning clients seeking release from chronic pain, needing a customized strategy to address a specific illness, requesting advanced stretches for sore or injured muscles or just wanting to unwind and enjoy a relaxing session.

Julie Wang

Julie is a certified massage therapist who has been actively working in San Francisco since 2013. She is a graduate of San Francisco School of Massage and received Deep Tissue Massage and Myofasical Release trainings under master instructors, Karen Gramberg, Marty Morales and Art Riggs.  Julie draws a wide breadth of experience from corporate chair massage to spa massage.  She is particularly passionate about prenatal massage, and provides work to the mother-to-be that is both structural and deeply relaxing.
